WARRANTY POLICY

USA, Canada and Europe:

Lucid Sound, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period. This non-transferable, limited warranty is only to you, the first end-user purchaser. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs AND you provide proof of purchase, Lucid Sound, Inc., at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge (excluding shipping to Lucid Sound).

Lucid Sound, Inc., provides a minimum 1-year limited warranty or the minimum warranty period required by local law. Your sole and exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of your Lucid Sound product. In no event shall Lucid Sound’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product. This warranty does not apply to: (a) normal wear and tear or abusive use; (b) industrial, professional or commercial use; (c) if the product has been tampered with or modified. This non-transferable warranty is only valid in the region/country in which the headset was originally purchased.

 

Additional information about the warranty:

The warranty for your LucidSound headset is only valid in the country or region in which you purchased the headset. For example, if you purchase a headset in the USA and then bring it to France, you'll need to return the headset to the USA for warranty service at your own expense. We strongly recommend purchasing the headset from a retailer in the region in which you live to make getting warranty service easier.

Additionally, the warranty is only available to the original purchaser who buys the headset new. We caution against purchasing the headset on sites such as eBay and from private sellers on Amazon Marketplace as these sellers are often selling used product that does not come with a warranty from LucidSound.

 

AUSTRALIA 

Warranty Against Defects 

Australia and New Zealand Customers 

This product is provided with a 2-year warranty against defects in manufacturing or materials from the date of purchase. ACCO Brands will either repair or replace a faulty or defective product subject to the conditions of this warranty. Claims under this warranty must be made to the place of purchase within the warranty period with proof of purchase by the original purchaser only. Expenses associated with a warranty claim are the responsibility of the consumer. Conditions of this warranty are on our website: lucidsound.com/warranty-ANZ 

This warranty is provided in addition to other rights or remedies available to you under the law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
