Nintendo Switch LS20 Setup

To use the LS20 with the Nintendo Switch, follow these steps:

  1. Connect the LS20 audio cable to the 3.5mm port located on the top of the Switch screen.
  2. Power on the LS20 and hold down the power button until the LED turns purple.
  3. Adjust the output volume on the Switch to maximum using the buttons on the top of the screen.
  4. You can now adjust the game volume using the wheel on the left earcup of the LS20.

When the headset is powered on, the mic monitor feature is enabled.  This allows you to hear your own voice and surroundings.  If you do not want to use this feature, simply press the mic mute button on the right earcup to disable mic monitor.

Since the Switch Joycon and Pro controllers do not feature an audio output jack, to use the LS20 with the Switch when it's docked, you will need to purchase a longer 3.5mm cable or 3.5mm extension cable.

Currently the Switch does not support voice chat or the microphone on the LS20.  Voice communication for the Switch will be supported by an upcoming smartphone app and we will update these instructions once that app becomes available this summer.
