The LS30 is designed to be connected to mobile devices via the included 3.5mm cable. Make sure that the LS30 is powered OFF and you'll be able to enjoy audio from your device and use either the boom mic or integrated mic for calls/chat. The wheels/buttons on the device will not function in this mode, so you will need to use the volume/play/answer controls on your device. The advantage here is that you never have to worry about battery life when using as a mobile headset.
