No Chat Audio When Using Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter

If there is no chat audio heard when using the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter, please check the following:

1. Make sure that the Stereo Headset Adapter is fully connected to the Xbox One controller.
2. Check that the 3.5mm cable is firmly connected at both the Stereo Headset Adapter side and on the left earcup of the LS30.
3. Press the + (Volume up) button on the Stereo Headset Adapter until a beep is heard.
4. Press the Chat icon button on the Stereo Headset Adapter until a beep is heard.
