I wanted to give you a quick update on the LS35X and the LS15X. We are extremely grateful that you guys have been so very patient and supportive with us leading up to the launch of these products.
I have just returned from Asia after working with the factory to finalize this product. This is an incredibly advanced project and we want to make sure it is perfect before we ship it. The entire LucidSound Audio team is working on this right now in order to get these to you as soon as possible. I apologize that the product is taking longer than expected.
I want to let you know that we need to push out the launch date to September 1, 2018 for the LS35X and December for the LS15X. As a token of our appreciation for your continued support and patience we would like to offer you a free travel/storage case for your LS35X and LS15X. All customers with pre-orders placed on Amazon before May 1, 2018 will receive a custom designed headset case with their product when it ships.
Trust me, we are all disappointed in the delay but I can assure you the product will be worth the wait.
